Website Upgrade Coming Before More Custom Work

Just a heads up that I will be upgrading this website in the next month or two. It makes no sense to continue to modify the currently installed software when the phpBB group has moved on to 3.1. While they are still updating 3.0.x, they are no longer accepting new mods for verification for 3.0.x and are no longer making any actual system changes. For instance, the reCaptcha support built into 3.0.x does not support Googles update to it known as "noCaptcha". I would love to switch us to noCaptcha over the Q&A we currently use.

Further, continuing to modify the site at this point will make it all that much harder to port to phpBB 3.1 later.

The biggest hurdle I see in this update is that themes are NOT compatible between 3.0 and 3.1. I may be looking for help making a purely custom theme for our website. If you're a graphics designer, or even just a talented dabbler, please leave me a PM and we can start discussing what we want to do.

This is delayed even further than "after the other website work on my plate is done". I am now keyboardless yet again. It died all on its own this time.
