DOH! At least DVD/BD drives are pretty cheap these days. Also, you can probably do a USB based OS install if you have another machine to get the stuff onto the USB drive.

Been out of things for so long, I'll probably just splurge and buy 3 variants of a few mechs with MC. Looking at Locust, Spider, Wolverine, Quickdraw, Orion, and Battlemaster. While looking to sell my Trebuchets (just can't find builds I like with them).

Do not sell anything until you have tried builds with the new quirk system in place... some of the obsolete mechs are now more then viable

But seriously, I bought the Trebs because they were FWLM mechs. I don't care for them, their play style, or their aesthetic (a big deal for me). Now that I'm more informed, and have some decent builds set up, I think I found mechs that I'm more interested in.

A lot of things changed and more changes are coming. it is certain that quirks are going to be revisited, meaning some will get toned down, some up. With CW coming in around a month (if all go according to PGI plans) things are fluid

Refurbished mobo I bought was faulty, and I missed the return window. Out $100, and another $225 for the tech shop. At least it didn't damage my RAM, CPU and GPU.

Whatever, next time you guys hear from me I'll have a functioning computer, until then, happy holidays and crap.
