cant get teamspeak to work

I just got a new computer and im trying to get back on to the teamspeak server, the privilege key that it gave me says it has already been used. what would be my next step?

If you still have your old computer, you can export you user id from the TeamSpeak there by going into Settings | Identities and click the Export button. Save that on a USB drive or email it to yourself and get it to the new machine where you'll import it from the same screen in TeamSpeak there. Set it as your default and delete the old one.
