Talk About Luck!
As soon as the Artillery Strike became available, I dropped it. Much to my surprise, I got a kill. The following screenshots show the chat with the unlucky recipient, and then the end of match screen.

Nice one, though I do think they will be cutting back on there power soon. I use them a lot and think they are just a bit over powered.
