nothing is fixed its getting even worse. my ping spikes in the thousands and im just sitting on teamspeak, im sorry to not be on but i can barely write this right now

hope you can get it fixed soon, I don't know anything about computers really but maybe someone else can give a few ideas?

It could be anything. The first thing I would do is reinstalling Windows (if it's an year or 2 old install). Formating the C drive of course. BTW it get's you free of any wiruses or hijacks. Second would be calling your internet provider (let them check if they got everything allright, sometimes they mess things up) Third would be checking the hardware (any WiFi, cabels, routers, LAN cards, reinstalling drivers, trying out similar components)

Don't know what you already tried Kaozer.

i personally would reverse that order......

If your ping spikes only on MWO then uninstall and reinstall the game!I had the same prob and nothing else worked , but thats if your ping spikes only in MWO and nothing else.

Hate when that kinda crap happens.

Way back when we only had DSL in the house (not even cable TV), we had some issues with AT&T and an idiot tech. A neighbor two doors down had called in a problem with their DSL. A tech was sent out to the neighborhood central box, and moved some hardware around. In the troubleshooting they had unplugged our line at the box, and forgot to plug it back in. We kept on them on the phone until it was figured out, and they sent someone out even though it was after 8pm, to fix it.

guess what! yep my internet is gone again!
